Release time:2024-09-18 18:02
According to an official announcement from Amazon, effective September 4, 2024 (Pacific Time), the delivery speeds for Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders in the U.S. will be significantly improved.
The standard delivery speed will be reduced from 5 business days to 3 business days, while the expedited delivery speed will be shortened from 3 business days to 2 business days, with no change in rates. Additionally, the previously available 2-day priority delivery service will be discontinued. Orders placed after September 4, 2024, that previously qualified for priority delivery will now be charged at the expedited delivery rate.
Amazon stated that this system upgrade allows sellers to offer faster delivery speeds at the same rates, enhancing the shopping experience for customers and supporting sellers in growing their businesses.
Amazon’s c (MCF) is a key component of its comprehensive supply chain solution, enabling sellers to utilize Amazon's fulfillment centers and logistics network to store and ship products for e-commerce businesses across 10 countries. Sellers with multi-channel orders can manage their entire inventory through the FBA+MCF model, streamlining order fulfillment across all sales channels.
